Tara was born and raised in Northern Michigan, now residing between ski hills and Little Traverse Bay. With a love for color, fresh air, natural light and small details, her imagery reflects a traditional and unique film-like feel.

She is grateful to have traveled near and far for her projects. There is something about a new town, a new house, a location she’s never been to that engages her creativity. The opportunity to have met so many new people and capture so many special moments is not something she takes for granted. She specializes in Newborn, Children & Family Lifestyle photography.
